2005—2013 — The International long-term Teaching-Editing-Research Project (TERP) between PetrSU, the University of Eastern Finland (Joensuu), the Institute of History of Russian Academy of Sciences at St.-Petersburg and the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the Christian Albrecht University at Kiel. TERP is developing by ILLMiK, that is created at the History Faculty of PetrSU in 2004 by Ph.D. I. A. Chernyakova.
